So... with the sudden interest in Lord of the Rings Online, a game that I do very much enjoy playing, I have made a somewhat preemptive strike. I have created a Kinship. We are "Officio Administorum" on Arkenstone. Anyone from the boards joining LOTRO should create their characters on Arkenstone so I can invite you into our kinship. Unless you don't want to be in our kinship. Then you just suck. :P
EDIT: I've moved the Kinship Roster to the new LOTRO board. THose of you who are already members of the Kin should post there instead of in this thread about Kin related items of interest. If anyone else starts playing, post your character name in this thread so I can get you added.

My account is still around so I may re-activate it and join up
-
I have two Characters LVL 33 Minstrel : Tallanon and Lvl 26 soon 27 Warden: Quilond
-
I posted the current guild member list up at the top of this thread. For anyone else who was interested in playing, PM me your email address and I'll send you a buddy key.
-
I'll join. Just have one character currently: Alaanor, level 12 Minstrel.
-
Just to give new players an idea of what kind of crafting is being offered currently, we've got:
1 Armsman
2 Explorers
2 Historians
1 Yeoman
So we have a cook, 3 farmers, 2 foresters, 3 prospectors, 2 scholars, 3 tailors, 3 weaponsmiths and 1 woodworker.
I've started a list to help keep track of all this mostly so I don't get rid of items that others can use, but if you want to know who does what I'll also try to post it here.

Argh... You guys are gonna destroy my life... lol... I was trying to GET OUT of playing MMOs... well I guess an hour here or there won't hurt to much. Or an All-nighter on a friday or saturday...
-
My captain is Beornseg and he is level 26
-
Sepher, I'll add you and we can work together to get past level 26. I forgot almost all of my characters attacks as a Warden. The Gambit system is a little hard to get used to if you forgot all of the attacks. Let me know when your online most often and I'll see if we can play together or find a weekend night to try to powerlevel.

When did LOTR go online?
-
My account is from 2008 so I guess maybe 2008ish. I remember paying $39.98 for it.... :'(
-
Im past level 26 castellan :p Just hit 27.
-
Im only 1 quest turn in away from 27....
-
Fei, Faidth, and I started playing LOTRO when it first came out, back in 2007. What's funny about that is that Faidth's account is actually Fei's old account, so we've technically had a subscription since the very beginning.
Sepher, I'll invite you to the kin as soon as I see you online.

Three years old and I had no idea. Ouch.
-
Meh. This game's been chugging right along just under the radar. Just the way I like it. :)
-
I edited the first post of this thread to remove the guild roster, since we now have a private board for that. Anyone else who starts playing LOTRO and wants to join, just post your username here.
-
What's a provate board? Some new mmo lingo or something? :o
-
Meant to say "PRIVATE" board. All fixed now.
