Last thread was a little long, so I started a new one. Post links to songs that are stuck in your head here.

@Taranis: Ohhhh man, I love that song, and the movie it's featured in.  Observe, me at Halloween: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v109/SPAMMIN/DSCF0084.jpg Frank the Rabbit, fo sho.

@Cameron: Oh Billy Mays, I never did feel so comfortable with somebody yelling at me.

Anywho, give this one a minute... it's worth it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-KzcE9-5cpU

Ok,

This song is stuck in my head even though I don't believe in what it says.   It's a total anti-war song and I have listened to it a lot and it makes me think about things, but I still don't feel it changes how I feel about military service.   I do believe that combat and intense stress changes people in ways that they will never be the same.

I am different after my own personnal experiences in Iraq and I have seen a lot of POW's and detainees captured(and treated very humanely) although I did see a lot of innocent people killed(men, women and children).  I understand the point of this song is to make people aware that war changes people and brings out the evil inside them.  I do feel it does this a little harshly though.   I'll leave it up to you to decide.

Whoa... that song tugged at my heartstrings man.  I had a big old post prepared, but I didn't want to take things off topic so I used my ol' backspace button. XD

Anyway, I liked it.  It's stuck in my head now too.

I feel the same way...  Just have it stuck in my head...   Never sure how to feel after I hear it.

Rise Against has many nice songs!

That band was one of the first rock bands, thanks to which I stopped to listen to that bloody pop music.

Anyway,

The song is a legend.

I'm all about orchestral epic battle themes and whatnot, so I've been listening to this a lot lately:

It's stuff like this that gives me writing itches.  It helps me visualize things a lot better.  If I ever gain enough confidence in my writing to host a game, I'll be listening to this while I write for sure. :P

ALL of Two Steps From Hell's music is like this, by the way. We've used it pretty extensively in D&D and Exalted games. Awesome stuff.

Probably one of the most interesting music videos I've ever seen.

BTW here is the song itself without the music video.
