The Lady of Shadows

Not much is known about the enigmatic Lady of Shadows. She is said to be a supernatural entity that side with neither the Ageless nor Forsaken. Her part in the glorious war between the two factions is neutral, and she never directly interferes in the affairs of the Immortalis, until she advises the party to dispatch the Otaktay. What is known is that she is an immensely powerful being of indistinct age. The earliest accounts of the Lady of Shadows extend over a thousand years.
The lady believes that there must always be a balance:
"Where there is dark, there must be light. Too much light will cause the flower to wilt and die, but too much darkness will ensure that the flower never blossoms. Both are responsible for the premature death of the flower. However, in equal measure, the balance is maintained, and the flower thrives.” The Lady believes herself to be that balance. She maintains that the Ageless and Forsaken are inextricably linked, without good there is no evil.
