I did get to see the Lights in the Sky tour. My step-dad (patient and music-oriented man that he is) and I went and stood in the pit for that show. So cool and frustrating at the same time. I was covered in other people's sweat by the end, but feeling very good by the end of the show. Thank goodness for good-natured NIN fans that feel the need to protect others...I elbowed one mosher that tried to take me down, but a guy behind me kept me and another chick from the rest of the mob. Step-dad made it to the front row rather quickly and dealt with some nasties.
So weird to feel comfortable in a condensed crowd like that. Really, really liked the show he put on. Hoping NIN realizes the potential.
